This is dedicated to the 174th AHC who served proudly in Vietnam. We are losing these forgotten heroes to time. It's time we start remembering the ones who passed in Vietnam and the ones who made it out. These helicopter pilots went in not knowing what too expect but the fact there was going to be shooting. Please find a place for those in your heart. Least we not forget these veterans of a forgotten war.

  • Why did you change the song? Nancy Sinatra was quite appropriate.

  • You tube removed it. for copyright violation. Pretty sad that you can't dedicate a song to a great bunch of people who fought to give them that right.

  • @bearbait23 Did I miss the point in history at which the Vietnamese threatened the American way of life?

  • Good work on this video. I served with the 174th just when they came back from Quan Tri

  • @bearbait23 Know that so well, great video. Like the song you added. Wolfie

  • Does anyone on here know my uncle, Harrison E. Bell, Jr. (a/k/a Junior)? He was killed in a crash on 7/15/70 while with the 174th in Vietnam. Any info/pictures/stories would be greatly appreciated.

  • Very Nice

  • My best friend from Cut Bank, Montana --Clarence G. "Buddy" Maher was with the 174th "Sharks" Assault Platoon. 1966-68. I roomed with him in college just a few months after he got back from Vietnam. He had a rough go of it at night; Looked after him and helped out the best I knew how. They call them "flashbacks" but I don't think he quite came home yet. Got his degree though, and Buddy always did these "pedal turns" coming out of bar parking lots. A Super Crew Chief he was.

  • People don't understand our music choices are limited because of copyright issues, I have had music removed too. You would think they would build a link so whatever music we use could be sold? Duh???

  • Wow, I was at Duc Pho 67-68 Cacti Infantry Regiment!

  • Very neat I was the searchlight guy on montezuma that night,Who ever took pic please write back on the date.of the duc pho
