The short-track discipline will be introduced at next years Ice & Snow Sailing World Championship. To make the championship more spectacular and attract more windsurfing related competitors the classic course races will be complemented with slalom race discipline on 300m ice field - high speeds with sharp turns just in front of the eyes of spectators! The 29th World Ice & Snow Sailing World Championship will be held in Riga, Latvia, in february 2009. Best wind surfers from all over the world are expected to fight for the title of 1st Winter Windsurfing World Champion in slalom! This is promo movie from company HIBERNA, who produces these boards.

Awesome (especially the blond). Narrow it down to one skate blade, or two that are quite close together, not four. Give the blade rocker, and give it a back up 'hull' for hitting snow (the hull has to be a bit more like a water windsurf board) and then blast for speed and for turns. I have sat on this idea for twenty years, but have not had resources to push it. Go ahead, take it. Name me and well, thanks,
