how do you make the icing?

Your cupcakes are adorable!!!!!!!!! How did you make the fondant fro the baby face?
-
adorable :)
llehsren, in this video, I use a high density foam paint roller--just wash it in hot soapy water and let it dry thoroughly before using. Also, you can only do this if you are using a crusting buttercream. It's a great trick for a smooth effect.

@missbombon99 Thanks! The baby faces are fondant---faces drawn on with a food coloring pen.

Your cupcakes are adorable! I might try making these this weekend. What kind of icing do you use? Can I use regular butter cream?
Dasme2004 1 year ago
Dasme- Thanks! Yes, I use a regular crusting vanilla buttercream with this recipe.

Great video and the cupcakes are really cute. How did you get the cute little blush on their cheeks? Which product did you use?

Oiting22-- I'm sorry, I thought I replied to this already.... I apply pink luster or petal dust to the cheeks with a dry paintbrush. I think I was using CK products luster dust in super red that day.
