Nice, I was at this show. Living in Newport has some distinct upside to it, such as the Folk Festival every year. I literally almost passed out from the glee of being able to see the Pixies, I thought it was something that I'd never ever have the chance to do. Great show, hope they come back to these parts sometime soon.

@gj275107 Yeah, it is awful, my apologies! Old digital camera. The sound is really great though, minus a little wind interference. Works well if you listen to it and not watch it! Thanks for posting!

I have a (maybe bootleg) full audio recording of this
in great quality - it's an amazing concert. One of the pixies' best, I think. More bands should do acoustic shows.

The Pixies officially released a professional recording on their website. I think it is no longer available to the public, but some of us have a "ahem" copy of the show.

LMAO! Yeah, it was really windy that day. I think I got carpal tunnel syndrome from holding the camera in that position for that long! Was a great set, have the CD too! Pixies Rule.
