@BattlefieldFTW1000 lmfao yes it did but the japs started killing the chinese in 37. Look it up dude. I know when hitler invaded poland, were talking about something different here

-
@Deshumidificateur nope it's underground + underwater
-
@JBofBrisbane It wasn't thousands, it was MILLIONS.
USA manufactured so many purple hearts pre-emptively for such an invasion that the purple hearts handed to the soldiers today are of that same stock.

@DuhuKaralius No problem.

@Deshumidificateur haha, atleast someone caught my joke :) Anyways, I was just a silly cynical joke, didn't mean any harm though :) Anyways... If get nuked for some unknown reasons, we'd still be the same zombies we were :D

@Pompokoien If japan attacked the freedom of other countries? Like.. oh i dont know, China for instance? Its a shame nobody ever hears about it because hollywood havnt made a movie about it but the Japanese killed more Chinese than Hitler kileld jews. Lots more. An estimated 19 million Chinese were killed by Japanese soldiers between 37 and 45. Makes hitlers 6 million seem small doesnt it. Shame the chinese dont have much of a movie industry, maybe youd know about it.

@JBofBrisbane I do agree that invasion would have cost more lives though.
-
@JBofBrisbane 97 thousand deaths from the fire bombings according to the tokyo fire dept. 105 thousand deaths ( instant) from the nukes. That is not counting the deaths of infants whos parents had radiation exposure , deaths from complications due to radiation and injuries and flat out radiation poisoning deaths. It is estimated another 20 thousand atleast.
You were close with your assertion but a little off.

@eston95 Sorry, but all is made in France.
@MrNoodler33 It's underwater.

@Pompokoien - I heard somewhere that when the first bomb was dropped on Hiroshima, one of the Japanese generals had the Imperial Palace cordoned off, and all communications cut - so that the Emperor would not hear about it and do a fool thing like surrender. The alternative was for the allies to invade Japan, with the loss of thousands more people from both sides.
The firebombing of Tokyo actually killed more people than the nukes.
