The Bedlam cube is a solid dissection promoted by Danny Bamping. The puzzle consists of thirteen polycubic pieces: twelve pentacubes and one tetracube. The objective is to assemble these pieces into a 4 x 4 x 4 cube. There are 19,186 distinct ways of doing so, excluding rotations and reflections.
The Bedlam puzzle company was to be successfully invested in by two of the BBC2 'dragons', Rachel Elnaugh and Theo Paphitis during the second series of Dragons' Den, but Danny finally chose a bank loan instead of their investment.
The innovative international best-selling Bedlam Cube has been redesigned for 2009 to be the brands Flagship Toy of the new Crazee Thingz range with the introductory Crazee Carbon Cube claiming the title of Greenest Toy in the World. For more info got to www.crazeethingz.com
