Bank of America Overdraft Scam

BANK OF AMERICA STOLE $400 OF MY MONEY IN BOGUS OVERDRAFT FEES! I'M FREAKING POOR! THAT'S A LOT OF $$$

Seriously though, wtf is up with Bank of America these days? Why was I charged $400 in overdraft fees despite not bouncing a single check? Oh right, because BoA are freaking thieves and want to recoup their losses by charging poor people like me ridiculous fees.

Why is it that everyone has trouble with overdrafts? I'm dirt poor and have never overdrafted in my entire life.

there is another video explaining this lets say you wrote 4 checks in one day 3 for $20 and one for $1000 well if you did the $1000 last you will only have one overdraft fee but if you do the $1000 first you will have 3 overdraft fees its a bunch of bullshit i am SCARED to even go to a bank now since USBank gave me a 5 star screwing

They need to change their name to "Bank of Americo" because all the branches here cater to MEXICANS (and I seriously doubt all of them are LEGAL- which is why they BANK there).

@Mindraker1 Well, maybe YOU are one of the lucky few that have more than like $20 in your account most the time. Or you have decent credit and qualified for OVERDRAFT protection. If everything didn't require good freakin' CREDIT, then most everybody would have overdraft protection and therefore NO BOUNCE FEES.

@patrick258181 Yeah, I got pissed at my last bank for wanting to charge me a monthly fee, so I left them. But I balance my checkbook as well as my Dad and I can tell you without looking how much cash I have. So there's zero risk of me "bouncing" a check.

@Mindraker1 Right I agree with you. I've had them but knew the consequences. On average 33 a pop. It pissed me off but my fault. BALANCE YOUR BOOK. Every bank has penalties and should they're being nice enough to cover your butt so you can get that purse you can't live with out. If they take your money without your knowledge or on a predatory loan. I'll back you. Here you can only be mad at yourself for your own irresponsibility. People like you take credibility from legit issues
