After last weeks devastating theft of my deadlifting socks, I was forced to revert to my old pair and keep them stowed away in my bag :). DL form is improving on heavy lifts-this is 210x5 at 125 pounds today.

Yes, my DL technique definitely needs some work! A constant work in progress....I think I may switch to sumo!

You're awesome! Do you ever use chains and bands?

Thank you! No chains and bands, just trying to get better at lifting heavier loads at the moment.

what difference does it make to you if its style or tool?

I prefer knee highs for deadlifts, squats, and running as my calves seem to cramp less and my shins appreciate the protection from the barbell.

Great form.i usually use thick long socks and workout pants cause my skin is sensitive.after 2 1/2 weeks and not knowing anything I was able to pull 185lb at 130lbs.

The knees are probably used to protect her shins. As you would know if you did dead lift.

Are the knee high's really necessary? Thanks for making it all about you.

your technique is awsome, nothing to complain about. looks great. and droping the weight on the floor is very important also, because it avoids back injury, most people brake with their back and go up again....... but hey youre really sexy babe
