Nice job! altough i'm missing the jaggedness of the edges, that would really make this effect real, check out this movie title > John Carpenter's The Ward - Opening Credits
i don't know how they achieved that jagged edge effect but i don't think cinema 4d can do this, or any plugins for cinema 4d
