you forgot to add the chick that fell off the helicopter, i know it wasnt a seagal kill but that was a hilarious death when she fell off the chopper and on to the side of the train.

@zim01001 It depends on how you use it. If the target struggles, then he could easily break his own neck. If he submits, then he could pass out or maybe even die, all depending on the intention of the user.

In the world of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) that is called a Rear Naked Choke. It's also referred to as a Pro Choke.
It cuts off air to the lungs as the upper throat is forced closed and also the side squeezing on the neck closes off the arteries to the neck & blood flow to the brain. ~8 seconds uncnscious. Very lethal if held on.

He didn't seem to be letting anyone live. Not sure why he'd make an exception there. Strategically, it wouldn't be very smart.
