"Engineer's eye" view of the NJ Hirailers' layout in Paterson, NJ (www.njhirailers.com), one of the biggest, if not *the* biggest 3-rail O-Gauge layouts in the country. This video covers about 2/3 of the 185-foot long layout during an open house on 9/30/2007.
CamTrak is a short well car I custom-built built out of craft sticks and a pair of old Atlas trucks to carry my JVC GR-DX77u DV camcorder as low as possible on 'O' gauge layouts, enabling it to go many places other camcorder/flatcar combinations cannot.

Nice!!! Where do you get "CamTrak"? And by any chance can you say how much it is? And is it something where you need to take apart your train and put it inside? Or, do you buy a train with the camera inside it?

"CamTrak" is just the name I gave to a well flatcar I scratchbuilt to hold my DV camcorder. You can see the whole thing in "Pacing CamTrak II in the NJ Hirailers Subway ", it's the tenth video from the newest one.
The same way Amtrak is a contraction of "AMerican TRavel by tracK", this car's name is a contraction of "CAMcorder on TRAcK" :)

What is the small train to the right at 1:08?

It looks like a Norfolk & Western J-class 4-8-4. It's the same train you see at 1:42. I don't know who made it, but judging by the short passenger cars, it could be a Lionel or a MTH RailKing model.
