A fractal nuclear explosion. Rendered with FRACTINT (C, ASM) in DOS using my home-coded animation utilities (VB6). Hi-res versions of all of them at my site: http://www.fractal-animation.net/ufvp.html

  • 0.26 cross-section of the human brain?

  • It's a graphical representation of an equation. That's all. But fractals, being fundamentally chaotic, can emulate everything or anything. The other half of the equation is the quantum chaos that defines consciousness - you can vary it to see or percieve anything you want. I see a nuke, you see a brain. With another color scheme, you could see a flower blooming (that was the original one).

  • You see a nuke I see a scan of a brain :)

  • ... depends on what you smokin ...
