TF2 - Spy vs. Teleporter

You have no idea how often this happens to me. I hate teleporters.

The video is actually way back from before you could even pick up ammo to refill cloak and you still had to use poke-stabs. :) Sadly, my computer can't run TF2 faster than a couple frames a second now (some of the updates seemed to have messed it up). Before I stopped, though, IW was still my favourite. After they increased the volume of decloaking to an ungodly amount I'd just started using the dead ringer more and more since cloak was becoming a liability against anyone with headphones.

IW and DR are both great, don't knock the old IW

C&D however makes you think you're awesome when in fact you're being useless 95% of the time

I just used C&D situational strategic use, like when there was a very specific target that was hurting my team, or there was a well entrenched area I had to get past to cut off reinforcements or take out a bunch of sentries with a usable blind spot. I've seen a few spies who make extremely skilled use of the C&D, but it's true it's harder to stay active and useful with it than with other watches.

Glad the video was informative! :) Just a random fun fact for you: dispensers built by ANYONE will block sentries. This can be situationally useful for classes besides the spy.

I recommend the stock IW. If you will go rushes and storm the enemy. Since you can refill your watch in enemy dispensers and other ammo-crates

I agree. The only time I really us the C&D is at the very beginning of rounds on RED, so I can get close to the spawn. After my first death I always switch back to the DR or IW.
