The HD version of the 2012 Olympic site viewed from trains.
You can see the stadium & the aquatic centre being built, also the Westfield shopping centre that will form the gateway from Stratford station to the park.
Mind you the passing trains get in the way a bit of the view.

Both the station & surrounding area are changing very fast now.

  • @e10pokemonBoy I used to foto Temple Mills goods yard which is where Asda stands now.

I guess the government & its friends want to show off to VIP's from abroad & the IOC also can give away seats to people it wants to impress, meanwhile we who pay for it are left with our noses pressed up against the glass.

I guess you will get into to see the less popular events when they want to make up the numbers.

  • i live right next to the stadium like liturally next to. its just down the road from me.

i live in leyton but when i go next to asda (if you live here you will know) its just there and i pass it evertime i go drapers field.

its a common thing for me....

buttt....why are people abroad getting tickets first instead of people living in the area!!!!??

  • I live nearby & often pass through Stratford where the Olympic site is & will film & foto progress there.

  • so u live in london?... (where are the olympics being held in GB?)
