Maybe if he is an alcoholic, he was suckered into the AA cult. Maybe that is where he got his retarded ideas about religion and history. If none of you do not know, AA/NA is in fact a cult. ANY group that tells you that you are a piece of shit until you accept the christian god, and you will not get better unless god makes you better is a cult.

Agreed, he really likes to bring everything he can into the equation as opposed to looking at yourself and seeing your flaws and trying to change them. the mind+body connection is very primal to our lives and unfortunately people are disconnected from themselves as well as reality. I'm not saying you have to be all touchy-feely to be a better person, I'm just saying that people have shut out their own minds, their own inner-self, and have a major disconnect they'll probably have forever.
