  • 5:30 The interviewer has no balls !!

  • Jeetje...wat een knappe vent zeg...

  • (very casually) Fahlström: "You come from Ireland"

(very matter-of-factly) Best: "I come from BELFAST."

  • Such a great man. I can totally sympathise with his alcoholism. As a shy young lad from Belfast coming to Manchester at 16 and suddenly becoming idolised and a major superstar, it was all too much and as he was quiet and naturally withdrawn he drank because he didn't think he could liuve up to peoples' expectations of him. It was sad but when I saw hime once in a bar drinking glasses of neat vodka from 11am and then bottles of wine I'm surprised he lived as long as he did!

  • He was a gorgeous man.

  • Damn, he was a really good-looking guy back then... Beautiful eyes. And I'm straight too. LOL

  • @thenorthfacetrek Love the way he says he's never had nerves at all at to 3:24, and just loved to get out and play football. This is testament to Best knowing he was a genius at his peak, going out to entertain the crowd. You gotta be better than good to get away with that!

  • @4.50 ' I usually go to bed at 10 o'clock at night...'.....he forgets to include the couple of birds that he takes with him....

    3 Miss Worlds........legend!

  • @TheWhizz123 He was brought up a free presbyterian, and had links with the orange order, so he was far from a Catholic - but he didn't agree with sectarianism he just wanted to kick a ball around and score some unbelievable goals.

  • @TheWhizz123 you're way wrong. have you ever been to East belfast? british flags all over the place. I think the loyalist ulstermen in ireland would rather play for the north anyway. it's where they're from. but, sectarianism aside, he was the greatest player to ever come from the island of ireland.
