i love this breed of dog and i wish that greyhound racing will be banned,it's a horrible sport that leaves hundreds of dogs dead or looking for homes every year.They make fantastic family pets and will love you for life!

Yes, but the problem isn't the racing itself. As a sport it's very exciting... It's the industry, and mass producing of greyhounds. In Finland racing is just a hobby, just like agility or dogshows. We have whole different culture, our racers are treated as pets.

Your beautiful dogs, photography and music mesmerizes me. All your greyhound videos are wonderful! I wish I had such a lovely space for my greyhounds to run. As one poster noted, in the U.S. we are taught to keep our greyhounds on leashes. I see a lot of over weight greyhounds here due to pet owners. Sad. But your dogs are Perfect and absolute poetry. Fell in love with the puppy pictures. Something we don't often get to see in the U.S.....greyhound puppies.

lovely video-very artistic. love to see them run. there are too many people who won't let their retired greys off-leash here (u.s.a.) for fear they may run off. i have no problem recalling mine after i cut her loose--you gotta have some fun.

it is o.k. to race them as long as you care for them--otherwise you extinguish the breed. just regulate the crap out of the loosers that don't care for their dogs. the expense of re-homing should fall on the racing industry.

The greyhound adoption program (GAP) is always taking in greyhound after they retire, its usually those who do not love the dogs or can't be bothered paying the money them to go in to GAP that end up abusing the dogs, and they are also the ones that go to hell.

I must admit we race greyhounds- but we never bet on them, or force them , and have NEVER let one of our greyhounds get left behind- we usually keep it or give it to a friend that we know that will take good care of the greyhound.

You just made me cry, very touching. Don't breed, but adopt, probably same costs but so much better. There are so many out there, Spain, USA and many ohter places where they just dump them.

I have 2 rescue greyhound dogs . . . resued from the cruel throw away "Sport". I was saddened to see the hounds in this film being groomed to chase. Why can't they just be let run freely in a safe space. That way their beauty can still be seen and shared with others.
