Man that's so true. Everyone just wants THAT certain mix. It's been ages and it holds true to this very day. Almost every professional song sounds the same. lmfao.

I have 100s of songs but they have such horrible quality when I produce them. I've only been doing it for 2 1/2 months... I would love to have a producer like this guy who equally loves producing as I do writing songs...too bad that's never going to happen living in a small town in the middle of nowhere. Looks like i have to do everything my self. Hope this guy has some colorful tutorials to learn from...

He's very right about everything he's saying, sadly today most main stream studios have a lot of the same gear, and effects... and because everyone trades secrets, the rules in music creation have changed.... I think the new boutique is being unique, which is why Jack Joseph Puig is one of the first on the list of Producer/ Mix Engineers of choice, along with one of my heros Chris Lord Alge... or Mutt Lange... producers and engineers that know how to use their tools, help achieve craved sound

My son just got the job to be Jack Joseph Puig's assistant! He has worked his butt off for 8 years to get here. His wife, daughter and all of our family have been very supportive and are so proud of him. Keep your eyes open, you'll be seeing the name of Ryan Scott Staples in the future!

@SeanPierceJohnson its only a mear taste compared to the real things... ive never used a real fairchild but pultecs and failchild remakes are orgasmic. the plug ins are never going to be the same. They just help a little.
