If you ask the cast members in the gift shop at the end of the movie, they will give you a paper which has a list of all the songs, composers, and scenes on it.

It's worth noting that the FInale of Carnival of the Animals was used in the Flamingo sequence of Disney's Fantasia 2000.

The first song in this clip is "Finale" from "Carnival of the Animals by Camille Saint-Saens. The second one is original music composed by Buddy Baker for this film and the last clip is "Allegro moderato" from Gaite Parisienne by Jacques Offenbach
