CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A number of people had to be rescued when fire broke out this morning in West Price Hill at an apartment building.The 2-alarm blaze started about 5:30 a.m. on Westmont Drive near Wyoming Avenue. The fire was on the 3rd floor. Crews on the scene said they had to rescue people from a 3rd floor balcony and windows using an aerial ladder. No one was hurt.It's still not clear how the fire started. A damage estimate was not immediately available.
