the Sony Subs do a Decent job....the Driver looks beefier from the Front....the Magnet is abit smaller than one would Expect...and the Amps Sony uses arent all that High Powered.

Quality wise, I would go with logitech. The sony 12" just doesn't do much in my opinion.
