The American People's Lobby - Trouble

When I look at all the trouble that we have in our country, and there are enough problems to go around. I feel that the most important problem, which we need to attack quickly, is the corporate takeover of our legislators. Now, this is not a simple problem. There are many layers. The Supreme Court decision on Citizen's United has opened the flood gates for the introduction of corporate money in the election process. Then you have the Chambers of Commerce fund raising foreign money to influence who is going to be part of our government.
This is not to be confused with the local chamber of Commerce that has the plaque hanging on the wall of your local barber shop... The US Chamber of Commerce (which is not U or S in the same way that the Federal Reserve is Private not federal) the Chamber of Commerce is the most powerful lobby for big business in the country, and now in the world. The ugly truth is that they are raising money from all the foreign companies who get our US jobs when they are outsource by big business. And all this only works when the corporations give money to our legislators to pass bills saying that this is ok to do. Well, it's not ok to do. This is destroying the country, plain and simple.
