I wear one too when its cold and rain, try taking 40 degree rain in the face at 75 miles per hour for a 1 hour run, you would wish you had one. the more comfortable and the better you can see the less chance of an accident. this looks like a cold rainy day and they were making some high speed passes

I didnt break it in right, SERIOUSLY ? Ive had 7 new boats in the last 21 years and the Z-8 does not even come close to the rangers or champion or bass cats that i have owned in the past, I GUESS I WAS EXPECTING TOO MUCH FROM NITRO ! I take it that you either work for bass pro or you purchased a Z-8, i really wasnt putting you down i was just saying i went back to ranger after not being happy with the nitro. My Ranger Z521 that i now own rides like a dream.

@bigbassbert i have no idea what your talkig about...you probably didnt break it in right theres a certain way to break it in or the motor is ruined and nitro is the smoothest you can get if your engine is broken in right...or you didnt put right oil in for a mercury opti max oil and also 87 gas there is a reason its not riding smooth its not the boat its YOU

@Bigmanghs03 i already unloaded that piece of $%&# z-8 and just chalked it up to a lesson learned, i went back to ranger, daddys happy again !!!!!

@bigbassbert I couldnt agree with you more man. I am no longer 6-4 because of a Nitro...I am not 6-3. The boat Kevin fishes is totally different from a production model.

i had a ranger and sold it and decided to try the z-8, the worst mistake i ever made in my life, the ride in the z-8 will absolutely jar your teeth out in rough water.
