Its important to release this is done at the end of all the other exercises he demos.
It does work, my physio told me to do this pose 3 times a day for 3 or 4 minutes.
My back pain is comming from chronic muscle tension, and relaxing is the key.
Relaxing allows your muscles to release waste materials and improve the blood
flow.If you think this is crap, seriously its your loss. Costs nothing to try.
