Ali vs. Bart Jumping Barriers! Race #2 Utah Cyclocross

In another epic battle between Ali Goulet and Bart Gillespie, these two top riders continually challenge each other to be better and more aggressive in order to win. Bart has had Ali's number for a while so Ali took the high risk, high reward tactic of jumping uphill barriers, which gave him a little extra gap on Bart each time. Bart would keep pulling him back but that little extra gap seems to have made the difference on the last lap when the rider in second couldn't put on the burst due to course traffic. Jason Sager didn't get enough from winning the single speed race so he kept jumping the triple log to position himself for a photo finish with Thomas Bender but maybe he was stuck in the wrong gear. My camera must be starting to struggle with all the dust and rain from CX as I had Ali finishing the race in the same shot with Bart finishing but somehow it skipped recording. So glad it was not a photo finish as I would have been much more upset ; (

Hmmm? I didn't get the 35 C's last week? Did get the 35 B's... Got there too late this week but I really like filming 35 B's as those guys really love CX and quite a visual contrast with the elites ; ) Let me know your plate # and I'll keep an eye out.

i raced in the masters 35c which was one minute behind the 35 B group. 1200 is plate number.
