@dogeymon83 I have the same MBP as you and I have snow leopard and it is great! Lion is coming out soon, I have used the developer version of Lion and I dont like it that much If you want to get snow leopard it is awesome, if you want to save money and get Lion you can do that too,

I have a 2008 Macbook Pro 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. Do you think there are any stability issues with Snow Leopard for me?? I want screen recording and I want Facetime, and it's only 30 bucks.
But I'm reading bad reviews from some people on apple.com. Can anyone suggest whether or not I get this, or is there about to be "Lion" soon, or something like that?
