  • Whats the best way to get rid of lower stomach fat. Like i can see the tip 4 abs but bottom two covered by puppy fat i run and everything can get rid of it, its irritating me maaaan. Please provide some tips on this man thanks.

  • @darness1234 So i can eat pizza kool-aid and candy and get a nice bod is that what you telling me

  • @darness1234 yeah phelps is a bad ass I remember seeing him last year and they said he ate something like 12 K calories and showed him eating pizza and waffles. He trains all day though, like 8+ hours a day. If you do that then you can eat pizza and drink but thats hard to do. Then again I read some article a couple years back that read "if you do 3 hours of exercise a day you can eat as many calories as you want and not gain weight". Not verbatim, but interesting.
