Acne scars an individual a lot more on the emotional rather than the physical side. That is why folks are looking for natural acne cures. Did you know just by drinking water, old skin will be replaced by new skin faster, thus curing acne faster? I want to share a lot more knowledge but youtube wont let me put the link here, so I put it on my profile.

i'm actually taking a herbal supplement called, Nature's Way AKN Skin Care. they have this herbal capsule that targets towards improving the function of the liver, blood cleansers etc. i think it has about 8 different herbs in it. ure supposed to take it for 2 weeks at a time and i'm almost through with my first week. i'm excited to see if it helps at least 50% with my acne. so maybe everyone should do some research on it too. that is if u figure the source of ure acne is from the inside.

dont wash too much, it forces the body's reaction to produce oils, which then get infected and turn to spots.... try raw lemon juice, leave it on for 3 or 4 secs, then wash off with colds water ... zits will disappear over a week or so.... be sure to do this to the zits morning and night,..oh and for goodness sake dont go taking chemicals , do drink lots of water and wash only with warm water and soap then rinse with cold water.
true that.

As far as I know, the only clinically established connection between diet and acne is that sugars can cause a chain of endocrinological events that result in increased oil production, which, in some people, certainly causes or exacerbates acne. Eating simple carbohydrates causes a spike in blood sugar, which in turn causes a spike in insulin. Insulin spikes upregulate androgren secretion.Higher levels of androgens cause skin to produce more sebum, which mixes with keratin to cause pore blockage.

stress and hormones duh
diet no.
i'm sorry but you people have to stop reading bs off the web. if you dont believe me then visit a good dermatologist. i dont know where you live but services in varying areas can differ greatly depending on the area.
healthy diet wont kill anyone. but over half of americans are overweight or obese anyway and likely they wont want to take advice from a lady like this on what they should and shouldnt eat. also there is no evidence on how diet affects skin

i love that she says half a decade because it sounds longer than 5 years

diet actually has alot to do with acne. eating alot of junk food can cause break outs aka acne. chocolate, chips, and sodas mainly cause acne.
