Rotten neighbor

This couple has no job (well they can't have one as they are too busy yelling at each other and using crack). Doesn't matter if it is 2 am or 2 pm. At least twice in 24 hours they would start yelling. And as this is not enough, there's a lot of smashing noise - their only income comes from copper they get from various stuff they pick from trash or - even steal. In order to open the things that have the copper inside, it's easier to throw them full force on the porch. This couple's life is spent on the porch. They have no electricity as they have no money to pay for it, so often they will sleep on their porch because of the heat. The house belongs to the guy's mother. They live there for free. Police has been called on them repeatedly, the mother has been told that soon follows a Court complaint; they don't care. How old they are, poop people who can't get a job and live in a civilized city? Late thirties.

The person is "filming the plants" so it doesnt look like he or she is filming them yelling at each other.

Yeah, they are noisy. Ignore all the bad comment here. If it was me, I punch both of them out, screaming shuddap at them, while I was doing it...

I much prefer people yelling occasionally than neighbors who think everyone wants to hear their wind chimes 24/7 365 days a year

I love the sound of the windchime amongst the fighting. XD I feel for you, I have some just like this. Nice garden BTW. 5/5
