@yuzukiandminoru thanks .well i have already finished the job and i did use the glue and it seems ok.
my advice to anyone who is planning to upholste the cushion chair is use normal foam rather than high density one which i used and found out its too hard.:-)

should i glue sponge onto base material before stamling fabric ?

Im not sexist at all but forgive in saying that i really don't know what it is when women "try to upholster". It seems that they have a handful of lessons at an evening class & are them qualified to call themselves upholsterers. This video is such a bad example to genuine people with an interest in learning the trade.
