Ridge Landing Airpark (FAA LID: 4FL5)is a private airport located 8 miles south of Lake Wales, in Polk County, Florida, United States. The airpark has a paved runway measuring 3,000 ft by 60 ft. Ridge Landing is a gated community with grass taxiways and all roadways separate. The runway has pilot controlled lighting and is controlled by the Ridge Landing Home Owner's Association.

@albertsauce regarding Rhoads..front passenger suffered heart attack and froze/locked-out on left rudder pedal in a low pass...nothing pilot or plane could have done.

@dmanonbass A CFI and ATP friend of mine calls the V-tail "Doctor Killers" because a lot of doc's used to buy them because of their "easy" flight characteristics.  Then one day they tried to land in a harsh crosswind....
