I used to go to an Italian restaurant in the South Street Seaport in NY, and Gorgonzola Bread was one of their appetizers. We would literally fight for the last piece, you'd want to lick the plate! They moved and I've thought about that Gorgonzola Bread ever since. I've searched the web for quite some time every once and a while and never found a recipe until now. I'm going to try this recipe - their recipe didn't have the onion - this looks awesome! Thank you so much for sharing Chef!
