Saurfang doesn't actually have to come and cleave you. His might is so great, that the mere thought of fighting him causes an illusion of Saurfang to appear, and you die at his feet.

Saurfang doesn't do bare fist cleaves like crowley, instead he uses an axe which is much less powerful, so the world and all of the servers won't breakdown
