USA
49.830Mhz
49.845Mhz
49.860Mhz (la más usual en radio control)
49.875Mhz
49.890Mhz

EUROPA / EUROPE

26.995Mhz (marrón) (brown)
27.045Mhz (rojo)
27.095Mhz (naranja) (orange)
27.145Mhz (amarillo) (yellow) (la usual en radiocontrol)
27.195Mhz (verde) (green)
27.255Mhz (azul) (blue)

Between 1987 and 1994, NIKKO sold the RC 1980 4WD Ford F-150 model under few names. In USA and Europe was known as "Lobo", "Tramp", "Big Dude" and "Gambler".

The mechanical differences between them were very little, because they performed exactly.

The "Big Dude" only had one shock absorber per wheel, and the "Gambler" didn't have any kind of suspension on their wheels. "Lobo" and "Tramp" had two shock absorbers in their front wheels.

In this video, I show the European "Tramp" (black one) which works in the 27.145Mhz frequency, and the American "Lobo" (red one) recently purchased on Ebay to an American private seller, which works in the 49.860Mhz frequency. Nowaday is used as a donor of replacement pieces.

The model shown, was sold by "Sears" in the USA as the battery and the car says.

The transmitters had the "Turbo" function as it was usual in these models and those years.

The 49m was hard to find I suggest u have to change remote-set to a new one(customized ) as for mine was built customized but the person whom do it ,sadly had passed away few years ago,now the motor got burned due to over tuned I guess. Hmmm thanks for yr advised,I will try as u suggested.

  • @lovemyself71 Above all, be carefull with screws and plastics during disassembly, because you can break pieces easily.
