They are equal, but each with distinct styles and tastes. I did see Rek play on stage once, but I never saw Josh. It would have been cool if I saw him just once. As for Josh's spinning, I think Mike (The new guitarist that will play along side Paul) has his own version of on stage theatrics that will be interesting to watch.

I love the way Evan's hair is just flowing in this video, and the way it seems so effortless the way he plays.
This band ist truly amazing. I'm really looking forward to their next album

At the very beginning of the song?
I believe something was wrong with the tuning of the guitar, so he was signaling to the sound guy.
