I was lying in bed the other night trying to focus on seeing through my body and beyond and i felt a strange feeling like i was light and almost drunk..then i heard a loud static sound followed by someone whispering my name and i woke up. is this common? freaked me out a bit..now i feel a bit anxious to try again.

@stevey2020 they are always calling us, its just that most people arnt listening, we can feel scared of the unknown, ive heard many people call my name as i enter sleep, its nice to know they look over us, in time you will meet those who call your name, thats if it is your wish to do so,big love to you.

When you project your conciousness you do so with a copy that is connected to you via a light cord. You can always just end the experience, dump the copy and return to body without fear.

Im having some issues... Ive been meditating off and on for over 3 years or so, and I've tried to let my fears subside, but for some reason, I just cant get over this block I seem to be feeling within the past couple of weeks. I often hear and feel a very high pictch... almost like that you hear when the TV is on... but I cant seem to connect or let my fears go in order to REALLY connect. I dont know what to do :[

'the big people' are the nice ones, they are actually in charge, and they are NOT HAPPY AT ALL at what the other evil ones are up to.

i've never experienced machine elves on DMT. on shrooms they seem to be molecular consciousnesses, those same spirits that have been filmed flying out and into crystals and minerals.

I'm very interested in the unkown or misunderstood worlds that exist, i would really like to visit them but without leaving this dimension forever, i quite enjoy the third dimension although i do seek knowledge or some enlightenment
