@sheemsheem hey brainiac nice comparison with country of 120, 000, 000 to a neighborhood of a few thousand. shit mexico city has more ppl than our whole country, it's just a video to raise awareness about where violence is taking place in t.o. Mexico is worse but don't go and belittle toronto's problems. But what is a gang? How come a group of kids doing illegal shit from jane n finch is a gang, but a group of kids from woodbridge doing illegal shit isnt? Police try 2 classify "gangs" with the mafia, but it doesnt work like that. There's no structure, no hiarchy and no common cause.

Interresting theroy. But TAVIS & ROPE doesn't patrol the streets of woodbridge does it? I don't see cops on every corner in the burbs like i do in the hood, so getting caught in the hood is more than likely if that's where the police are. As for "organized crime", it's easy to stay off police radar when they're in bed with cops/politicians. That's not "gangster" that's 'old money' @ work
