I only been on roller coaster between 6-10 years old. But after my car accident in '93. I haven't been on roll coaster since then. But, see this video. If, I didn't have any problems with my body. I wouldn't even go on a roller coaster.

Roller coasters all over the world are safe. But any ride anywhere can malfunction-- rarely does it end up in disaster though.
There is no country where anything like that is 100% safe. But if you are looking for peace of mind, its worth noting that roller coasters are run constantly every daily for years, being ridden millions of times, and we only have a few videos of accidents (many of which are dated). Most theme park rides never skip a beat.
