The only problem was the recipe doesnt use up all the pumpkin puree ..... you probably have enough pumpkin to make two rolls.
Personally I would just adjust the measurments of the other ingredients so I could use up the whole can of pumpkin in one big roll :))

Every year in Nov/Dec I buy pumkin roll(s) from the Wal-Mart bakery. They are so good...until this year. The recipe was changed for the worse. I think I'll start making those on my own now thanks to your video.
