@Gingababe123 I guess you could call it a minor thing because after Orihime returns from Hueco Mundo, and Ulquiorra dies, she goes back to being obsessed with I chigo.
So no they dont actually date
but if Tite Kubo had a drop of romance in his soul they probably woudl have ended up dating
