This video is extremely out dated as well as missing all the details which is the most important part. He covers just sliding the parts in but anyone can figure that out. When it comes to building a computer its the little details that people miss/skip. If you are looking to assemble a computer you really should check out (elitepcbuilding . com). Its a very new website that goes into extreme detail with great pictures.

I'd suggest installing graphics card before PCI cards simply because graphics cards can be huge and block access to some PCI slots. It'd be annoying to install your PCI cards and then realize you're going to have to move them to fit your graphics card.
