My sister has this PC and it sucks she had to reinstal some drivers cause they got fucked crap pc and never buy dell again or alian ware thumbs up if you agree

I have had this laptop for a good 2 years, and it is horrible! the hinges are broken, the battery doesnt work, and the harddrive burnt out! Definite POS!

what kinda problems did you have? So far nothing serious on my brother's unit, except for the weak hinges - the power is not overwhelming but still good enough for now...
