in the asian market near my house they are in a metallic looking wrapper with a green label that reads: 'soy wraps', next to the nori sheets....they are traditionally used for sushi, have a similiar texture to nori, thin, good tensile strenth, easy to cut, slightly waxy and resistant to moisture, but a unique flavor that lends itself to alot of things besides sushi...they run about $10 for 20 wrappers.
It would be nice if he told a little more about the soy wrap. I shop in all kinds of International markets and have never seen these. Are they in traditional markets...Asian / Indian Markets? Is this a wheat tortilla with soy in it...Is it like Asian Rice Paper but with soy? What?

Good post. I bought some soy wrappers and liked them better than rice paper.
