  • Anyone rating this less than 5 STARS don't know what they are looking at ! ! !

The teaching is excellent and the fighter's technique is sharp... The good technique helps with the speed and the POWER ....

Delivering the punch from anywhere, dirrectly to the target ! ! !

  • yeah just observing this video.. i think its basically teaching/improving the body rotation for the punch and how to train to gain power from it and not using your elbow.. you can see the student at the beginning rotating his body and the instructor showing the correct stance..

  • Always good to punch without telegraphing. A punch speed exercise I use is to try to punch the glove of my robot arm's punch before it returns. It's hard to do. I like the exercise shown here to practice punching fast from various positions; not that anyone should leave themself open like that though, but just to develope fast muscles.

  • japanese :P

  • im not frieken chinese OK

  • that are normal punches but i found tio see how i train the speed

  • I was looking te learn speed training and wound up learning spped training, go figure.....

  • one of this punches makes your eye bleed

  • Once it is beneficial enough for someone to train as a professional fighter and pursue that career in China, we'll see some insane Kung Fu Action in MMA =D. The promotions of MMA is not big over there in China, which sucks. Not big, as in, not as big as UFC or Pride, etc.

  • cool it does increase speed and hit from any angles but dont get carried away cause you will get used to opening your hands bad idea in a fight

  • This is good stuff! Training to punch from unusual positions helps tremendously. If you can get a fast punch from those weird positions, imagine how fast you'll be when you're in the proper position. It's the same idea as wearing a weight vest or doing chinups with weight. When you go back to just bodyweight, it's easy.

  • nice!!!!
