1. you changed color of lumineers (for example teeth color A3 - lumineers made A1 etc...)
2. usually only by dental specialist on check-up - by dental mirror...
3. the back of the teeth - your natural teeth, structure and color ... ))
but people can't see the difference...!

:-) ...........yes you can eat anything.....of course you have to follow some rules having lumineers in your mouth....
(do not crack nuts and e.c. t. ))) ).......usually you receive a Memo Note from doctor who made them.......
