Monkey Bites MY NOSE,,, TWICE!

Vacationing in Barbados last year, we met a sweet little monkey named "Tiko". He was very cute, UNTIL... after Tiko familiarized himself with my hand, crawled up my arm, checked out my face, and then... latched onto MY NOSE! After careful inspection of my eyes, mouth, teeth, he bit my SNIFFER once, let go, then right back on AGAIN, with his VERY SHARP teeth! Everyone was laughing, yet as he was teething I'm thinking that if I pull away, it would be MUCH worse! So, as Hilarious as it seemed, "Tiko" tested my patience, and understanding of animals. Luckily, no puncture wounds, just a few marks left behind. Later I researched "monkey behavior" and found that showing your teeth, in any way, shows agression, and Tiko just wanted to make sure I was "safe", I suppose. YES, I AM A STUPID, SILLY MAN! The "follow-up funny thing" to all of this is that over the next year I received several ink-jet-printed photos OF Tiko, and a hand-written note asking how I was feeling... FROM TIKO! They were addressed to me, yet came from different towns throughout America, and ONE... from Barbados. Anyone wanna "fess-up"??? THAT CRAZY MONKEY!
