How To Unlock The Shaders on an AMD Radeon HD 6950

This only works on the reference design cards, which are usually the 2GB models. Here are the download links to the executables:

@OMGitsSander I don't think you understood. What I mean is, you could have a graphics card with a custom cooler, but the PCB can be reference. I'm not completely sure how you can tell if a Radeon HD 6950 has a reference PCB, especially now when Radeon HD 7000 series of AMD graphics cards are releasing soon.
