Poncho play attacking his stuffed frog

One of Poncho's favorite things to do is to attack this stuffed frog, he has already torn one of the eyeballs off! lol
(he actually does not hate the frog and he is not afraid of it, it is just a game. if i am not moving the frog around and its just sitting on the floor he totally ignores it. he knows that it is not alive!)
also, he does not think the frog is another parrot and he does not attack other parrots when he sees them. he pretty much ignores other birds/parrots, they dont interest him much! unless i happen to be holding another parrot, in that case he just gets a little jealous!

Some behavioral experts actually recommend using a toy to have your parrot vent their aggression on, which is a natural part of flock behavor. I think it's an excellent idea. Better he take it out on the toy than you.

That woman's taking a big risk when she kisses the parrot immediately after its aggressive battle with her toy frog! Plastic surgeons have made small fortunes from such indiscretion.
