A very simple and effective techniques to improve body Qi (Energy) flow. This is a 12 x 1 hour session where participants get to learn and practise a daily routine to improve conditions such as imsonia, stiff neck and shoulder, digestive issue, headache and migraine, constipation, breathless, weight management.

Participants also learn the vital points of the body that enhance vitality and energy. They get to bring home a simple and effective rountine to stay happy and healthy.
