Preface
P You alone are indeed worthy of our praise, almighty Father, holy God. We will praise and bless you through Jesus Christ, our Lord. He is the living bread that has come down from heaven to give life to the world. Whoever comes to him shall never hunger and whoever believes in him shall never thirst. Therefore, with the faithful of all the ages, and with all the heavenly host, we praise your name and sing in adoration:
Sanctus
Eucharistic prayer D
P Blessed be you, Lord of heaven and earth. In your mercy towards us you have sent your only Son, that all who believe in him shall not perish but shall have eternal life. We thank you for the salvation that you have prepared for us in Jesus Christ. Send your holy Spirit into our hearts that he may in us kindle a living faith. By your Holy Spirit, bless these gifts of bread and wine and make them holy, fruits of the work and work of human hands that we offer to you. We thank you that through them you give us a sharing in the body and blood of Christ, who in the night that he was betrayed he took the bread and gave you thanks, he broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying: Take, eat. This is my body which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me. He took the cup, gave you thanks and gave it to his disciples, saying: Drink ye all of this. This cup is the new covenant in my blood that is shed for many for the forgiveness of sins. As often as you drink it, do this in remembrance of me. This is the mystery of faith.
C Christ has died O Lord, we proclaim your death
Christ is risen we rejoice in your resurrection
Christ will come again and we look for your coming in glory.
P Holy Father, we celebrate this eucharist in remembrance of your Son's suffering and death, his resurrection and ascension. You give us food and drink of the bread of life and the cup of salvation, until the day that he shall come again in glory. We pray you: Look on his perfect and eternal sacrifice, by which you have reconciled the world to yourself. Unite us all, by the power of the Holy Spirit, into one body, and make us a perfect and living sacrifice through Christ.. [Through him and with him and in him, all glory and honour belong to you, God, the Father Almighty in the unity of the Holy Spirit, for ever and ever. C Amen ]
Is this a typical service in the church of Sweden, or is this "higher church" than normal? The service is quite beautiful.

@Cildara Thank you! No this is not high church; broad church I would say. I have videos of high church liturgy, like from Cathedral of Uppsala, Heliga Trefaldighet (Holy Trinity) and St. Ansgars church.

The lutheran liturgy of the eucharist is quite more beutiful than many of the catholic services

Well I attend catholic masses too and I agree with you.

While true, the beauty is in God's work within the sacrament however bad the music or ritual. A simple and proper administration of the sacrament would be just as holy.

Yes, but to the Glory of God we should try to make it beautiful.
